How did Jesus and other Prophets Pray in the Bible?

When I was meeting the pastor somewhere back last year, he said he performed Proskuneo and Sahah during worship on a daily basis, and he said this is a form of worship that Jesus did to God. He wrote it down the words in a piece of paper as below.

Sahah is translated “worship” a total of seventy-eight times in English bibles. It is a physical, mental, and spiritual act of worship.
Detailed explanation of the word Sahah is explained here.

After going through the Bible, I've found interesting verses below about how Jesus and other prophets prayed to God.

Matthew 26:39 - Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.

Joshua 5:14 - "Neither one," he replied. "I am the commander of the LORD's army." At this, Joshua fell with his face to the ground in reverence. "I am at your command," Joshua said. "What do you want your servant to do?"

1 Kings 18:42 - So Ahab went to eat and drink. But Elijah climbed to the top of Mount Carmel and bowed low to the ground and prayed with his face between his knees.

Numbers 20:6 - Moses and Aaron turned away from the people and went to the entrance of the Tabernacle, where they fell face down on the ground. Then the glorious presence of the LORD appeared to them,

As I've written in my previous post here, you can learn more about how Moses prayed and The Tabernacle.

Genesis 17:3 - At this, Abram fell face down on the ground. Then God said to him,

Amazingly in the video below, Othordox Christians are still following Jesus teaching to perform proskuneo and the women are covering their hair wearing head scarf.
